Everyone is eligible. Accepted works will be shown at the Lithopolis Honeyfest. All entries may be used for purposes of the Honeyfest. Entries must be submitted in print and, if possible, digitally or electronically. photographs must pertain to honey bees and/or beekeeping. For
example,
beekeepers, bee yards, bees on flowers, queen bees, worker bees, and brood on frames. · Photographs may be black and white, color, film or digital. · Photographs must be labeled on the back of the matte with: · Your full name, mailing address, phone number and, if available, an email address. · Title of the photograph · Photographic process used Size Specifications:
Photographs must be 8" x 10" and matted with an 11" x 14" white matte board. Photographs may be vertical ("portrait") or horizontal ("landscape"). Deadline: AUGUST 1 Entry Submission: All entries may either be:

be sure to protect your entry in a water resistant, heavy-weight
envelope or folder to prevent damage.
Return of Your Entry: If
you would like your photo returned to you, please provide a
self-addressed,
stamped envelope along with your entry for our use in doing so. Notification of Winners: Awards
will be presented at the September meeting of ECOBA.
Winners need not be present to receive awards. Winners not present at the meeting will be sent notification and prizes by regular US Mail. Liability: Utmost care will be taken in handling all entries. Neither ECOBA nor the Lithopolis Honeyfest is responsible for loss or damage. Entrants desiring to insure their work must do so at their own discretion. |
